What this covers
This page explains what personal data learnfractals.com handles — which is very little — and what happens to it. It describes only what the site actually does; if that ever changes, this page changes first.
What we collect
The site itself collects nothing: no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no third-party scripts, no accounts, no login — and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to. Personal data comes up in exactly two places: at checkout, where Stripe collects your email, payment details and TradingView username — card numbers go to Stripe directly and we never see or store them — and when you email support, where we have your address and whatever you wrote. Our host, Vercel, briefly processes technical data such as your IP address in its server logs to deliver the site.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you bought — indicator access is granted to the TradingView username you give at checkout — to answer your messages, and to keep the sales records French law requires. Nothing is used for advertising or profiling.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting) — that’s it. Your TradingView username is used on TradingView solely to grant your access. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Purchase records: as long as French accounting law requires. Support emails: as long as needed to help you. Your TradingView username: for the life of your subscription.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, receive a copy of it, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@learnfractals.com and we’ll answer within a month. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data authority.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If that has happened, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this page
If what the site collects ever changes, this page is updated before the change goes live, with a new date at the top.
