What these terms cover
These terms govern purchases on learnfractals.com, operated by Simple Fractals. Buying a subscription or programme means you accept them.
The products
Subscription access to trading indicators that run on TradingView, and mentorship programmes. The L2D Automated System Indicator is sold in three terms: $243 for 3 months, $429 for 6 months, $747 for 12 months.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages; we never see or store card numbers.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period until cancelled. Cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@learnfractals.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Delivery
Access is granted to the TradingView username you provide at checkout, within 24 hours of payment. If anything goes wrong with delivery, write to support@learnfractals.com.
Refunds
By ticking the required checkbox at checkout, you request immediate access to the indicator and confirm that you understand this means the purchase is final. Once access has been granted to your TradingView account, we do not issue refunds.
Where local consumer law grants you a right of withdrawal from distance purchases, that consent constitutes your express waiver of it for immediately delivered digital content.
Acceptable use
Subscriptions are for your personal use only: no sharing, reselling, redistributing, or reverse engineering, and one TradingView account per subscription. We may revoke access for breach of these rules.
What these products are not
Educational and analytical tools — nothing more. They are not financial, investment or trading advice, and not a signal service. No result is promised or implied; every decision you make is your own. Trading carries risk of loss.
Availability
The indicators run on TradingView, a platform we don’t operate, and we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; changes apply from the date at the top of this page and never retroactively to a purchase already made.
